Returns

You may return any unused and unopened product within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund. To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Pack the product securely, including any accessories or promotional items that came with your purchase.
  3. Ship the product to the address provided by our customer service team.

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it meets the return criteria. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued for the full purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping fees. Please note that we are unable to refund shipping costs unless the return is a result of our error.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, depending on your preference. In such cases, Soaplex will cover the return shipping costs.

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will cancel it and process a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our standard return process.
